Giveaway Terms & Conditions

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you participate in Yop & Tom promotions and giveaways (the “Giveaways”) you fully accept these general terms and conditions of Yop & Tom (“GT&C”) and you acknowledge that you fulfil all eligibility requirements.

ELIGIBILITY

If you are under the age of 18 you will have to obtain the approval of your parents or legal guardians to enter the Giveaways. Yop & Tom may ask you, at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or proof of such approval, if relevant. Yop & Tom may exclude any participants who are not able to provide such proof. Employees of Yop & Tom, or affiliates, are not eligible to participate.

DATE OF GIVEAWAYS

The Giveaways shall start and close on the date specified on the Yop & Tom Website, Social media account and/or Email Newsletter. Entries after the closing date will not be allowed.  

HOW TO ENTER

The Giveaways post on the Yop & Tom Website, Social media account and/or Email Newsletter will explain the entry procedure. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Giveaways. Only one entry will be accepted per person, multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the post. By entering a Giveaway, you will not be eligible to receive any prizes awarded in any other Giveaway unless you enter each Giveaway separately. 

THE WINNER

The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries. The winner will be notified by direct message on Social media, or via email within five business days after the closing date of the Giveaway. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours, Yop & Tom reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Yop & Tom’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.  

PRIZE

The promotional prize shall be a Yop & Tom product as indicated on the Yop & Tom Website, Social media account and/or Email Newsletter. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 

SHIPMENT

Prizes will be shipped out within 10 working days of the winner selecting the prize. Winners are responsible for payment of any local taxes or import duties, if charged by local customs.

PERSONAL DATA

Each winner agrees that, by participating in a Giveaway, Yop & Tom may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation being required, including posting in a winner’s list, Instagram and/or TikTok post, Instagram and/or TikTok stories, and/or email newsletter and/or blog post. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering the Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Yop & Tom, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance of the prize.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Yop & Tom reserves its right to cancel the Giveaways at any time or change the provisions of the General Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and such change shall have immediate effect upon the publication thereof.

GOVERNING LAW 

Yop & Tom Giveaways are governed by UK law.

Yop & Tom is a trading name of Stockhome London Limited.
